  • Michel Gonzaga says:

    Hi there,

I am very glad I came across your website, pity it took me this long (the growing season has already started)!
I live in Belgium and after reading all the info regarding shipping I am hesitating about ordering the seeds for next year. What are the chances that my seeds will get to me?
Do you get a lot of orders from Belgium and have your customers had any complains so far?

    Kind regards,

    Michel

  • remy says:

The Post Office informed me shipping to Puerto Rico is the same as shipping to anywhere in the USA.

  • remy says:

    Michel,
I have not had many orders to Belgium, but I have not had problems with those orders.

  • Can I buy flower seeds from http://www.sampleseeds.com/ sellers. A beautiful range is available. But I just heard that there are regulations on importing seeds and other live plants and animals to Sri Lanka. CITRUS, LETTUCE, and NICOTIANA are not allowed.
To my knowledge it is restricted item and they usually do not allow. Even people who import plants and seeds have to get a special permission. Also, they are very strict on Genetically modified plants.Plant and plants products (Seeds) are restricted items to Sri Lanka. I will at least have to declare them at the custom. Were the packets seeds vacuum sealed? Did the rest of the wrapping satisfy the regulations? I want to know the exact information in this regard as I do not want to run into unnecessary troubles.

  • remy says:

    Rodney,
There are more items not allowed to Sri Lanka, I do not carry them so there was no need to list them. The list is here http://www.customs.gov.lk/docs/25814.pdf I have had no problem so far sending to Sri Lanka. All items get labeled properly with Latin names. That does not mean that something could go wrong, but so far, no problems.
    Thank your interest in ordering.

  • JoziKid says:

    Hi

I am very interested in ordering seeds but I live in South Africa, are there any restrictions?

  • remy says:

JoziKid, I have not found any. As I state farther above, it is always a gamble with customs. If you know something locally that would be questionable, I would not order it. But when I looked up the restrictions, I did not find any.

  • Sibles says:

hi, you have heirloom varieties of tomatoes I am unable to get hold of in England, can you advise if you have had any problems with post sent to the UK many thanks

  • remy says:

Hello, So far so good. We have not had a lost or returned package in the UK. Knock on wood it stays that way.
